The App provides a selection of films, series, short dramas, audio/video content, picture content, text stories, animated stories, and other forms of entertainment media (collectively, the “Content”) for viewing by Users. You may not incorporate the Content into, or stream or retransmit the Content via, any hardware or software application or make it available in any manner whatsoever unless expressly permitted by Us in writing. The Content covered by these restrictions includes without limitation any text, graphics, layout, interface, logos, photographs, audio and video materials, and stills. You shall not reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
3. Payment
The Content comprises multiple episodes. The first episode of each drama/series may be provided on a complimentary basis. However, there is a fee applicable on the subsequent episodes which shall be payable by You if You intend to watch/access the subsequent episodes. For further details, click here.
4. Intellectual Property
Your use of the App and Content is, and at all times shall be, governed by and subject to the laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret ownership and use of intellectual property. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret ownership and use of intellectual property, and You shall be solely responsible for any violations of any laws and for any infringements of any intellectual property rights caused by Your use of the App or Content through Your device.
We own and retain all the intellectual property rights to the App and have requisite license to provide the Content to You.
All trademarks, brands and service marks of the App are the property of Tangy Tv only. Tangy Tv owns all of the copyrights and database in relation to the App. The Content and other content included on the App, including, but not limited to tests, reports, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images are the exclusive property of Tangy Tv and other respective owners that have granted Tangy Tv the right and license to use such property and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Tangy Tv or other respective owners that have granted Tangy Tv the right and license to use such marks.
The App and any underlying technology or software used in connection with the App may contain rights of Tangy Tv or its affiliates or any third party. For use of any third party's intellectual property, You may need to get permission directly from the owner of the intellectual property.
Any intellectual property which is not specifically mentioned to be owned by Tangy Tv, is owned by their respective owners and the owners have a right to take appropriate actions against You for any violation, infringement or passing off.
Tangy Tv respects the intellectual property rights of others and does not hold any responsibility for any violations of any intellectual property rights by You.

use web crawlers, web robots, web scutters, ants, automatic indexers, bots, worms, and other such devices in connection with Your usage of the App;
use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any part of the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App;
obtain or attempt to obtain any Content through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the App; or
post or transmit any worms, viruses, Trojans, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files, code, or programs to the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any reason at Our discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
THE APP AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE OFFER NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PART OF THE APP AND CONTENT, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE APP AND CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP AND CONTENT.
9. Indemnity
You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tangy Tv, its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgements and settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal fee, that may result from (i) Your use of the App and access to Content, or (ii) Your breach of these Terms, or (iii) Your breach of any rules, regulations or applicable laws.
10. Governing laws and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time without any notice to You. Your continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute acknowledgment of the modified Terms.
