This Privacy Policy outlines how We collect, use, disclose, and safeguard Your information when You access or use the Tangy TV mobile application (“App”), which presents a selection of films, series, short dramas, audio/video content, picture content, text stories, animated stories, and other forms of entertainment media (collectively, “Content”). Additionally, Our App may display third-party advertisements, and this policy also explains how advertising partners collect and process Your data.

You agree that Your use of the App implies Your consent to collecting, receiving, possessing, storing, sharing, dealing or handling of Your Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). If You do not agree with this policy, please do not use Our App.

You may request Us in writing that We cease to use Your Personal Information and/or delete Your existing Personal Information by writing to Us at contact@quickcuts.ai  In the event that You refuse to share any information, or withdraw consent to process information that You have previously given to Us, We reserve the right to restrict or deny the provision of Our services for which We consider such information to be necessary.

We retain Your personal data for as long as necessary to provide Our services, fulfill contractual obligations, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or security requirements. The retention period may vary depending on the nature of the data and the purposes for which it was collected and any applicable laws or industry standards.

In all cases, use of information We collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.

1. We make no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy  of the Content available through the App and expressly disclaim liability for errors and omissions in the Content available through the App.

No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the Content available through the App or its links to other internet resources as may be available to You through the App.

1. Reference in the App to any specific commercial products, processes, or services, or the use of any trade, firm or corporation name is for the information and convenience of the public, and does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by Us.
