Additionally, Our App may display third-party advertisements, and this policy also explains how advertising partners collect and process Your data.

You agree that Your use of the App implies Your consent to collecting, receiving, possessing, storing, sharing, dealing or handling of Your Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). If You do not agree with this policy, please do not use Our App.

1.         We do not disclose Your Personal Information to any third parties other than to Our affiliates, third party service providers, business partners, advising partners or other trusted business or persons, pursuant to a lawful contract and in compliance with Our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measure.

2.         No User information is sold to any third party.

3.         In the event of a merger, reorganization, acquisition, joint venture, assignment, spin-off, transfer, asset sale, or sale or disposition of all or any portion of Our business, including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings, We may transfer any and all Personal Information to the relevant third party with the same rights of access and use. 2.         You may request Us in writing that We cease to use Your Personal Information and/or delete Your existing Personal Information by writing to Us at contact@quickcuts.ai. In the event that You refuse to share any information, or withdraw consent to process information that You have previously given to Us, We reserve the right to restrict or deny the provision of Our services for which We consider such information to be necessary.

1.         We retain Your personal data for as long as necessary to provide Our services, fulfill contractual obligations, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or security requirements. While We do Our best to protect Your information, particularly with respect to protection of Your personal data, We cannot ensure the security of Your data transmitted via the internet, telephone or any other networks.

Our App is not intended for users under the age of majority in Your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If We become aware of such collection, We will take steps to delete the data.

In all cases, use of information We collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.

11. Restriction Of Liability

1.         We make no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy  of the Content available through the App and expressly disclaim liability for errors and omissions in the Content available through the App.

2.         No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the Content available through the App or its links to other internet resources as may be available to You through the App.

3.         Reference in the App to any specific commercial products, processes, or services, or the use of any trade, firm or corporation name is for the information and convenience of the public, and does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by Us.
